We offer a full refund or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order and hair extensions before installation,If you happen to notice any issues with your hair extensions or order, please reach out to us as soon as possible! All products must be in NEW and RESALE-ABLE condition with all tags attached, unbrushed, unworn, unwashed, & not tampered with in any way. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customers. Once we have thoroughly inspected your order we will process your full refund or exchange *
