Q: What is Raw Hair? What is the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?

A: Raw Hair is hair that has been sacrificed and cut due to religious practices. It's collected from temples of India from ONE single donor. This means that each bundle comes from ONE person and ONE person only. It is hand washed and left to dry in the sun, then mended together by weft.

The difference between Raw and Virgin hair, is Virgin hair comes processed with chemicals to alter the the original state of each bundle to create curls and textures. It is gathered from multiple donors and often mixed with synthetic fibers.

Q: How much hair will I need?

A: A full sew in or wig unit  you need 3- 4 bundles of hair. We recommend bundles for lengths 10-14inches. 3 bundles for 16-20 inches and 4-5 bundles for lengths 22-32. Rule of thumb is the longer the hair, the shorter the weft.
